Our family room with original vaulted beamed ceiling and wet room en-suite, and our luxury four poster room complete with beamed ceiling and wet room en-suite.

All rooms have freeview tv, digital radio, tea and coffee complimentary tray, fridges, ensuring both short and long stays are pleasurable. We ensure relaxation with furnished patios to sit and enjoy the gardens, orchard and paddock. There is also ample free parking, including loading bays directly next to rooms for your convenience.

We also have free WiFi connectivity, so for those of you here on business, it can be business as usual. Our location is very convenient for all major roads in and out of York as we are situated on the A1079 just 1.5 miles off the A64.

For easy access to York City Centre there is the Grimston Bar Park & Ride 5 minutes from our door. The Elvington Air Museum and The Yorkshire Farming Museums are only 5 minutes away.The Fifth Milestone Cottage is also very popular for experiencing 6th Gear and Dream Driver days as we are only 10 minutes away from the track. Also, York Maze is 10 minutes away, where you can enjoy the many events planned through out the year and return to our coffee lounge with a log fire and home baking .The summer days offer a BBQ, where each room enjoys its own patio area for sitting out and enjoying that long awaited glass of wine. We also have 3 highly recommended pubs/restaurants nearby, one of which is within walking distance enabling you to leave your car in our large carpark.

Cancellation Policy: We require 48 hours notice by 10:00 am from the date of arrival for full refund of any monies to be made. If less then 48 hours notice we will charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of 1 nights stay for each room booked.

Maximum Child age is 12 years otherwise Adult price will apply.
